this model is
mainly used in
producing permeating
proof 3-layer
compounded bottle
for packing
pesticide, chemical, auto oilbox and others whose demands of permeating
proof is
high. 3
layers of
compounded
bottle are
separately: outside layer HDPE, middle layer is binder,
the inside layer is EVOH (separating layer).
The machine
reduces the thickness of
middle layer and inside layer (from 0.03mm to 0.05mm) as far as
possible through fine control under the condition of no reducing
the characteristics of permeating proof. To reduce the bottle
cost greatly. The compounded bottle has
advantages,such as light,not easy to
breaking and others.It can take the place of glass bottles,it
has wide market prospect.
This model is
full-automatic process with low noise,high
efficiency,safe operation,easy maintenance and other
benefits. |
